4月21日，焦作市副市长吴军、市直部门和县市区主要分管领导及30余家重点企业负责人到多氟多参观光伏储能项目，并召开焦作市储能产业发展观摩推进会，副市长吴军发表致辞，多氟多董事长李世江参会并发表《新材料支撑新能源 新能源牵引新材料》主题分享。
副市长吴军在致辞中介绍了新能源产业发展的历史背景、当前现状及未来储能产业发展的途径和最终目标。他指出，近年来我国新能源发电规模持续快速增长，新型储能进入大规模发展期，成为中国经济发展新动能。今年的国务院《政府工作报告》提出，“加强大型风电光伏基地和外送通道建设，推动分布式能源开发利用，提高电网对清洁能源的接纳、配置和调控能力，发展新型储能，促进绿电使用和国际互认，发挥煤炭、煤电兜底作用，确保经济社会发展用能需求。”这是我国首次将“发展新型储能”写进政府工作报告。省委、省政府高度重视新型储能产业的发展，从电力调峰辅助服务、新能源配储、独立储能容量租赁、调用次数、充放电价格、工商业储能补贴等多方面，支持新型储能行业的发展。
与此同时，我市多措并举推动新型储能产业加快发展，取得积极成效，先后建成了焦作安彩储能电站项目、多氟多储能电站项目等。同时，我市将氢能与储能产业链作为我市13个重点特色产业链之一，纳入全市“3+13+N”产业体系，形成了全市氢能与储能产业链重点项目清单，为未来我市新型储能产业加快发展奠定了基础。发展储能产业任重道远，我市新型储能产业发展还有一些短板弱项，我们要在认识上再加深、行动上再加力，抢抓储能产业发展机遇，把握储能产业发展规律，推动新型储能产业高质量发展，不断提升我市在全省乃至全国新型储能产业发展中的位势。
董事长李世江发表了《新材料支撑新能源 新能源牵引新材料》主题分享，董事长讲到，没有什么力量能比形成共识的力量更大。新能源产业已经在全国全球凝聚起巨大共识，汇聚起无穷力量。多氟多从化学到电化学，从智慧元素到智慧能源的突破，从个人能源宝、家庭能源箱到城市能源系统的布局，从节能、制能、储能，布局“以氟为基、制能依氢、行之有锂、坐地为钠”的新能源产业体系，以及在新能源锂电池、新能源汽车和光伏产业“新三样”中深耕细作，创新突破，取得了业界有目共睹的成就。希望大家携起手来，在“双碳革命”的历史机遇中贡献我们的智慧。
储能是实现“双碳目标”的关键。大规模储能需要考虑各种电化学介质混合。对实现能源互联和智慧用能，提升可再生能源消纳能力，促进多种能源优化互补，具有重要的历史意义和应用价值。
