As the Beginning of Spring ushers in a new chapter and we strive for the future, on the afternoon of February 4, in this fine season of rising vitality and renewed rhythm, Do-Fluoride 2025 Summary & Commendation Conference and 2026 Work Mobilization Meeting was solemnly held at the Headquarters Lecture Hall. Under the theme of “Forging Ahead on a New Journey, Scaling New Heights”, the conference reviewed achievements, commended role models, and scientifically mapped out a blueprint for future development. The huge banners on both sides of the venue — “Riding the national momentum, forging ahead, the National Innovation Center sets sail on a new journey; Undertaking great causes, scaling new heights, fluorine, lithium, silicon and boron join hands to write a splendid chapter” — were magnificent, fully demonstrating the ambition of Do-Fluoride people to seize the opportunities of the times and serve the country through industry. Nearly 1,000 people including company leaders, management backbones, commended individuals and employee representatives gathered together to witness this important moment of connecting the past and future, uniting hearts and inspiring progress. Li Shijiang, Secretary of the Group Party Committee, delivered an important speech, and Li Yunfeng, Chairman of the Board, presented the annual work report. The conference was presided over by Zhao Yongfeng, Executive Deputy General Manager.

The special feature film Where the Heart Leads, the Journey Knows No Bounds reviewing the founder’s struggle brought everyone back to the pioneering days of hard work and courage to lead. Over 30 years of trials and hardships, leader Li Shijiang, with his far-sighted strategic vision and indomitable innovative spirit, led Do-Fluoride to grow from small to large and from weak to strong. Amid prolonged and warm applause, Li Shijiang, Secretary of the Group Party Committee, delivered an important speech. His speech was far-reaching and profound, providing fundamental guidance for Do-Fluoride to pursue higher goals from the perspectives of gene inheritance, ideological guidance, innovation philosophy and value pursuit.

Secretary Li affectionately reviewed Do-Fluoride’s 30-year journey of aligning with national strategies and staying true to the original aspiration of serving the country through industry. He highly affirmed the innovative spirit, lean thinking and dedication shown by frontline employees and teams across all sectors, emphasizing that the people are the true heroes and the foundation for the steady and long-term development of the enterprise. The Board of Directors successfully completed the transition, with Chairman Li Yunfeng leading the new leadership team to take over the baton, marking that the enterprise has entered a new stage of inheriting the past and opening up the future. He pointed out that in 2025, facing a severe environment, all Do-Fluoride people united as one and rose to challenges, achieving a breakthrough in operating performance against the trend and laying a solid foundation for the 15th Five-Year Plan development. The new energy battery sector achieved leapfrog development, with “Fluorine Core” large cylindrical batteries leading the market; the new energy materials sector performed brilliantly with continuously optimized product structure; the fluorine-based new materials sector maintained a solid foundation with remarkable cost advantages; the electronic information materials sector made continuous breakthroughs to seize the market. Key progress was made in the construction of innovation platforms, with national-level innovation carriers delivering strong empowerment; supply chain and capital support were robust; the talent system was increasingly improved; risk management was solid and effective; innovation vitality of all staff burst forth; and safety defenses were firm. Based on a new starting point, the report clearly put forward the core goals and development paths for 2026. With “large-scale expansion, industrial chain integration, technological innovation leadership and management efficiency improvement” as the core paths, the enterprise will be promoted toward higher quality, higher efficiency and more sustainable development.

First, focus on main businesses and promote large-scale development of all sectors. The new energy materials sector will continue to expand core product capacity and increase market share; the new energy battery sector will accelerate large cylindrical battery capacity construction, expand application scenarios such as new energy vehicles, energy storage and light vehicles, and consolidate industry leadership; the fluorine-based new materials sector will optimize product structure and increase the proportion of high value-added products; the electronic information materials sector will increase R&D investment, break through key technical bottlenecks and seize the high-end market.
